What can you help with?

I provide information about postpartum and newborn care, infant feeding support, light housekeeping, and overnight newborn care services.

I do not care for pets or other children, deep clean, sleep train, or care for baby while you are away (i.e. babysitting).

Families choose me to help them prepare for parenthood and settle in at home with their babies. Even if you or your partner did not birth the baby, I am here to help ease your transition into parenthood.

WHAT IF I’M NOT SURE WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT I NEED?

That’s okay! We’ll explore your needs together during your discovery call.

What's the difference between an overnight postpartum doula and night nanny?

As a postpartum doula, my goal is to get everyone in the family settled in at home, caught up on rest, and confident about the start of the parenting journey. Most (if not all) families could benefit from postpartum doula services to help ease the transition into parenthood.

As a night nanny, my focus switches to infant care, giving the parents more time to rest. Many families hire me as a night nanny for a night or two to catch up on some sleep.

I know the disrupted sleep feels intimidating, but most families really do see a big change after 2 weeks of my postpartum support!

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK A DOULA?

Many clients book during the second trimester to ensure availability. The sooner you reach out, the better!

YOUR EXPERIENCE deserves HOLDING TOO.
